Slicer has a hard chrome plated blade diameter of 25 cm with concave and smooth-edged blade. Knife can be adjusted in a continuously variable distance which provides a sectioning thickness of 0 to 12 mm.
Housing slicer is made of high quality polished aluminum which allows for contact with food, and with anodized surface is easy to maintain and clean, and also is protected against corrosion.
Device stands on rubber feet which guarantees us stability.
