Stamos welder Eco S-WIGMA 225 PMH
Description
Stamos welder Eco S-WIGMA 225 PMH
Welding device Eco Stamos Germany. It combines advanced technology, high performance and modern look. Machine ideally suited to professional jobs in manufacturing and trade, and in work of workshop and hobby.
This is a top class Inverter welding rectifier, which allows welding in two modes: TIG and MMA. Use of MOSFET technology allows for high output power device with its small size and weight.
Coated welding method (MMA) is supported by 3 functions. Their main task is:
-
facilitating commencement of welding (Hot Start)
-
its continuation by stabilizing arc (ARC-Force)
- preventing electrodes from becoming too heated up when it contacts weld material (Anti Stick).
Inverter welding machine Stamos Eco uses a gas solenoid valve, so that there is no need for valve handles. In this way it is possible to adjust gas flow time after welding. By contrast adjustment function downslope time can reduce formation of craters on ends of welds.
A clear control panel allows quick and intuitive operation. Large buttons and knobs provide convenient parameter changes, including smooth control of power without downloading protective gloves. This solution is not only convenient, but above all, safe operator welding machine. Clear display makes it easy to read parameters even in darkened rooms.
Machine is characterized by small size and weight, and equipping it further in handy handle for easy transport and increases mobility. Welder series Eco are not only solid design and high yield. Through the use in production of ecological materials are energy efficient and recyclable.
Stamos welder Eco S-WIGMA 225 PMH features a robust housing, advanced technology for easy operation and interesting design.
Welder is sold with necessary wiring to run in TIG and MMA. In addition, to ensure a longer and no-cost operation, package includes consumables. Comes with welder Stamos Eco S-WIGMA 225PMH is:
- TIG welding torch 4m
- MMA welding torch 4m
- Cable common terminal 4 m
- Consumable parts (porcelain nozzles, collets, long cork)

MOSFETs - This technology provides highest performance in a compact size and weight of device. Result is efficiency of up to 93%! Welding current is very stable, which ensures a perfect weld.
CERTIFICATES - welder was made according to strict European standards and passed examination for compliance with CE and RoHS.
|
|
Non-contact HF arc ignition - defines contactless arc ignition in TIG mode using high frequency, which allows you to create a clean starting point of weld.
|
|
ANTI STICK - This feature prevents heating of the electrode while adhering to a material, because current is automatically reduced.
HOT START - This feature makes it easier to initiate arc, by temporarily increasing welding current at time of an arc. After ignition welding current returns to set value.
ARC-FORCE - function of stabilizing arc when changing its length.
DOWN SLOPE - slope down - time at which output current drops from welding current, until the end of work.
VENTILATORS - a very powerful fans provide optimal heat dissipation during welding work.
|
|
EARTH - back of each welder is a screw marked with earth. Before commissioning device must be grounded them using a cable that section may not be less than 6 mm.
|
|
ON / OFF SWITCH | |
WIG / TIG - TIG welding arc is formed between the tungsten electrode and base material. In order to protect tungsten electrode and weld is used inert gases (usually argon). TIG welding can be used for all weldable metals. Choosing current type, polarization, and a protective gas depending on type of welded metal.
|
|
PULSE TIG - means TIG pulse function. This feature reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material. Ideally suited for welding of thin sheet metal.
SWITCH "4T / 2T" - if you choose this function TIG welding divides process into action, "2T" (without support) and of "4T" (with backup). The "4T / 2T" are available in both DC and AC. FUNCTION "2T" - marks the start of welding by pressing switch on handle and stops machine when button is released. FUNCTION "4T" - pressing button on handle opens solenoid valve and follows an initial flow of gas and electric arc ignition. After ignition current will be initial current value. After releasing button, output current increases to current welding. Stopping welding process again after a quick press a button on handle. |
|
CURRENT - main current adjustment from 10 to 225 A.
CONNECTOR WIRE MMA | |
OVERLOAD / FAILURE - light comes on in the event of two situations: 1) if machine has failed and can not be operated. 2) if welder has exceeded the standard cycle and has been running mode to protect it from overheating. In this mode, you should leave machine with power. If red light goes off, it means that device cool down to temperature of operation and can be re-used. |
|
GAS CONNECTION - connect machine to gas, and its flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by pressing on handle.
VOLTAGE - welder is supplied with single-phase (230V +/- 10%).
POST TIME - time gas supply after power electric arc.
