Deep fryer with a capacity 2x16L RCSF-16DTH of Royal Catering has been designed for professional use. It is made of stainless steel, so it is effectively protected against corrosion and easy to clean.
Heating elements with a capacity of up to 2x6 kW allows you to quickly reach a high temperature oil (2.5-3 minutes needed for preparation of fries 100-150g), and for her to maintain a constant level is responsible thermostat. It also cares for exemption of energy consumption, if oil becomes too hot.
Fryer is equipped with drain cocks to easily lead oil, and cold zones located on bottom of device, prevent scorched content that falls out of trash. These zones are effective in preventing deterioration of flavor and quality of oil burnt leftovers.
Cleaning unit makes it easy removable heating element.
