Double electric fryer with a capacity of 2x8 liters RCGF-08D Royal Catering has been designed for professional use in catering. It is made of stainless steel, so it is effectively protected against corrosion and easy to clean.
Energy-efficient heater with a capacity of 2 x 3.2 kW allows you to quickly reach a high temperature oil, and for maintaining a constant level is responsible thermostat.
It also cares for exemption of energy consumption, if oil reaches too high a temperature fryer is equipped with a removable containers to easily drain oil, and the cold zones located on bottom of device, prevent scorched content that falls out of trash. These zones are effective in preventing deterioration of flavor and quality of oil burnt leftovers.
Cleaning unit makes it easy removable heating element. It is very simple: consists of removing heating element and cleaning fryer basket and heating element.
